Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and must be read in conjunction with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By placing an order with Aagrah Fine Jewels, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, dispatch will proceed only after confirmation is received through WhatsApp.
  • Confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 3–4 working days.
  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.

Delivery Timeline

We strive to deliver your jewellery safely and within a reasonable timeframe. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metros & Tier 1 cities: 4–7 working days
  • Tier 2, Tier 3 & rural areas: 4–8 working days
  • Deliveries may be delayed by 2–3 days depending on the location or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or operational delays.
  • We have partnered with trusted logistics providers like Delhivery to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all orders with a cart value of ₹599 or more.
  • A flat ₹40 shipping fee will be applied to orders below ₹599.

Shipping Scope

  • We currently ship across India only.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so through WhatsApp before it is shipped.
  • Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted.
