Cancellation Policy

At Aagrah Fine Jewels, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience for our customers. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will only ship your order upon receiving confirmation through WhatsApp.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so through WhatsApp before it is dispatched.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Updates on shipping and delivery will be sent via WhatsApp.

General Cancellation Terms

  • Due to operational challenges, we do not accept order cancellations once dispatched. We kindly request customers to avoid placing impulsive orders.
  • All sales are final and non-cancellable once confirmed, including customized or personalized items.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or defective.

  • 1. Damaged or Missing Products
  • If you receive a damaged item, or if a product is missing from your package:
  • You must report the issue within 1 day of delivery.
  • A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory as proof, showing:
  1. The unopened parcel
  2. Clear damage or missing item(s)
  3. Labels and tags intact
  4. The video must be clear and zoom in on the damaged/defective/missing area.

Note:

  • Claims without appropriate unboxing videos will be rejected.
  • Products showing signs of tampering will not be eligible.
  • Only the damaged item from a multi-product order will be accepted.
  • If accepted, you will receive store credit (in the form of a gift voucher) within 7 days of the returned product reaching us, provided it is unused and in original condition.

Important Return Guidelines

  • No cash refunds are issued for any reason.
  • Store credits are issued only after approval of return and inspection of returned goods.
  • Rejected returns will not receive store credit.
  • Gift boxes or combo sets cannot be partially returned.
  • Special offers, contests, or clearance items are non-returnable and non-replaceable.
  • All return/exchange requests are processed at the order level — no individual product exchanges will be entertained.

Reverse Pickup & Courier Guidelines

  • Once your return request is accepted, you are expected to be available for reverse pickup and responsive to the delivery partner's call.
  • If the pickup is missed due to unavailability or unresponsiveness, the process will need to be restarted, increasing the processing time.
  • In cases where your pincode is not reverse serviceable, you may be asked to ship the product via an alternative courier (e.g., India Post), and reasonable shipping charges will be reimbursed.
