Many Aagrah products are plated jewellery.

Colour change or fading after use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Only products specifically marked Waterproof should be treated as waterproof.

Adjustable rings

Products described as adjustable have a limited adjustment range.

Adjustable does not mean that a ring will fit every finger.

Where available, the product page will show the relevant fit information or measurement range.

Adjustable rings should be moved gently and should not be repeatedly bent, twisted or forced beyond their intended range.

Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

A product may become unavailable after an order is placed because of:

Shipping and delivery

Aagrah currently delivers within India through selected courier partners such as:

• Blue Dart
• DTDC
• Delhivery

We use faster available shipping services where supported.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order is handed over to a courier, the physical movement and final delivery are handled by the courier network.

Aagrah currently provides free standard delivery on eligible orders as stated on the website.

Where free delivery applies, Aagrah pays the applicable normal courier charge.

Customers should not normally be required to pay an additional standard delivery fee to the courier representative.

Aagrah currently does not provide open-box delivery because this service is not available to us under our current courier arrangements.

Customers should accept the sealed parcel and record an unboxing video immediately afterwards if they wish to document the condition of the shipment.

Courier delivery can occasionally be delayed because of circumstances including:

• Hub delays
• Clearance delays
• Misrouting
• Weather
• Public holidays
• High courier volumes
• PIN-code restrictions
• Embargoes
• Lack of local delivery capacity
• Transport issues
• Other courier operational delays

Aagrah can raise complaints and escalations with courier partners where appropriate, but we cannot directly control courier delivery operations after dispatch.

Returns, replacements and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

We do not generally accept returns or refunds solely because a customer changes their mind.

Eligible issues may include matters such as:

• Transit damage
• Confirmed manufacturing defects

• Missing item

The applicable resolution may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

If a product arrives damaged during transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

For our transit-damage claim process, you will need to provide:

• A complete unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened

Product warranty

Selected products include a replacement warranty for eligible manufacturing defects.

The warranty period can differ by product or collection.

The warranty applicable to a product will be shown on its product page.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, improper care or gradual colour change/fading after use.

Refund processing

Where a refund is approved, Aagrah will initiate it through the applicable payment method wherever possible.

After a refund has been successfully initiated by Aagrah, the payment gateway, payment network or bank generally takes approximately 3–6 working days to process the refund.

The final processing time after initiation depends on the payment provider or bank and is outside Aagrah's direct control.

Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before shipment where cancellation is still operationally possible.

Once a shipment has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and will depend on the shipment status and courier process.
