• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

• Orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Estimated delivery is 4–9 business days depending on location.

3. Shipping Policy

• Free shipping for orders above ₹599.
• A flat fee of ₹40 applies to orders below ₹599.
• We currently only ship within India.

4. Cancellation & Return Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
• Customized/personalized items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged and reported within 24 hours of delivery, with a mandatory unboxing video.
• No returns for dislike or preference-based reasons.
• Refunds will be issued in store credit only.
• Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.
