Do creators earn less if they join through our agency?
No. A creator’s applicable Aagrah commission remains the same. Agency commission is funded separately by Aagrah and is not deducted from creator earnings.
Do we need a minimum number of creators?
There is no universal minimum creator roster in the current agency terms. Tell us how many creators you plan to bring. Aagrah reviews your application and each creator against the programme’s eligibility rules.
How much can an agency earn per sale?
Agency commission ranges from ₹10 to ₹37 per qualifying delivered order, depending on the eligible product price band and your Partner, Gold or Platinum agency level. See the rate table and calculator above.
How do we move from Partner to Gold and Platinum?
Gold rates begin with the 500th qualifying sale in a calendar month. Platinum rates begin with the 2,000th. Earlier sales keep their original rate. Your monthly count starts again for the next calendar month.
Does clicking a creator link earn commission?
No. The final customer order must contain a valid creator coupon, with an active creator–agency link recorded in Aagrah’s system. The order must also be eligible and successfully delivered.
If a customer orders six products, do we count six sales?
No. One qualifying delivered customer order counts as one sale. Free promotional items do not create extra sales or commission. For a multi-item order, the highest-priced eligible paid item the customer keeps determines the commission band.
Do we manage inventory, shipping or customer support?
No. Aagrah handles its store, customer checkout, fulfilment, shipping and customer support. Your agency supports its creator relationships and agreed promotion activities.
Can agency-invited creators get a free starter product?
Yes, the standard invited-creator offer includes one eligible starter product free after approval and confirmation in the portal. The recorded invitation, product eligibility, stock and any individual offer apply. From the following month, 15 qualifying deliveries by that creator unlock one free eligible product next month; with 0–14, the next product is 50% off.
What happens to cancelled, returned or RTO orders?
Orders that do not qualify as successful delivered sales do not earn commission. RTO means the courier returned the parcel to the sender without completing delivery. If an order becomes invalid after commission was recorded or paid, a documented adjustment may apply. Partial returns can change the eligible price band.
When do agency commissions get paid?
Eligible earnings follow a 15-day clearing period. Cleared balances enter the applicable approved payout run, subject to order reconciliation, tax and identity checks, and payment timing. Your account shows the payment records. Aagrah confirms whether creators are paid directly or through your agency during setup.
Does commission continue forever after we introduce a creator?
No permanent lifetime commission is guaranteed. Eligibility depends on the active agency–creator relationship recorded in Aagrah’s system and the applicable programme terms. Any change in representation needs to be handled through Aagrah.
Can we earn from bringing other agencies into the programme?
No. This is not a multilevel programme. Agencies earn from qualifying delivered sales by their validly linked creators, not from downstream agency recruitment. A normal referral link also does not add a creator to your managed roster.
What is the Platinum event-support benefit?
An active, eligible Platinum agency may be considered for up to ₹35,000 in approved support for one event per calendar year. Approval, budget, programme performance and documentation apply. It is not an automatic cash payout and unused support does not carry forward.
